Acid Orange II, a generic acid dye, is commonly used for the high temperature dyeing of wool in strong acid bath, dyeing of silk in weak acid bath, nylon 6 and crosswoven fabric in formic acid bath, and for direct printing on wool, silk or nylon 6 fabrics. It can also be used for dyeing on leather, as indicator, or for food colorant.

We produce 300 ton of acid orange II annually. Our pure compound can reach 110% lightfastness. We can provide products of 100%, 90% or 80% lightfastness upon customer request. The dye is dried in rotary drum dryer, which greatly reduces the level of water insoluble substance. Water composition is no greater than 5%. The residue after sifting through 80 mesh screen is no greater than 5%.
